Great place, very comfy beds, AMICABLE staff. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Excellent, comfortable location in Sudbury, near to the nearest Pub, a taxi and the garden.

The location of the guest house was perfect and magnificent, situated next to the garden and the nearest pub. it was conveniently located only 4 km from a beautiful formal walled garden. The meals offered were fabulous with a wide range of options to choose from.

Stayed for 2 nights in this quirky and charming place, really enjoyed that. I booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and central heating. All the stuff where lovely, the breakfast was marvellous with fresh eggs.
